A Euro Healthcare are welcoming all qualified social care workers with managerial experience to apply for a Person In Charge based in Co. Mayo within the haelthcare sector.
The PIC will liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including staff, clients and their families, HSE coordinators, and others as required.
Applicant must have experience in:
- Compliance, Governance and Risk Management
- Quality Assurance
- Teamwork and Building Relationship
- Leadership
- Judgment and Decision Making
- Stakeholders – both internal and external.
Essential Criteria
- Social Care qualified
- Strong social care experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supervisor role within the healthcare sector
- Must have experience in legislative / regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management
- Skilled in identifying, collecting, collating and analysing data.
- Ability to evaluate complex information and confidently make decisions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to develop, manage and lead staff.
- Capable of prioritising and handling multiple tasks with deadlines
- Excellent IT skills.
- Full/Clean Driving Licence -flexible in relation to working hours and travel as required to meet organisational needs.
